On the Journey to find something all of my kiddos will eat on any given day

Mission: Feeding the three-year old

I don't like it!

"I don't like beans!" she yelled as she started bawling.  She put her head on the table and cried.  With tears streaming down her face, she looks up at me and whimpers in her trademark, sweet three year old voice, "Daddy, I don't want this, I hate beans."  Legitimately, she doesn't like beans, won't go near a dish if she even thinks there are beans in sight of whatever is being cooked.  There go my hopes of having a fun Tex-Mex dinner.  NO chili, or our homemade burritos(which are more like chimichangas because they are fried).  Okay, no problem.  We will do nachos and she can have chips and queso or a cheesy quesadilla (I know cheesy quesadilla is a bit redundant, but that seems to be the way life is with children.)  Good compromise, or so I thought.  I brown the ground beef and season it with chili powder, cumin, garlic salt & garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.  She decides she wants to help, so I let her.
